Dang this weather already!!

Rileigh's sick now, UGH! I'm gonna hafta call on Monday and make her an appointment. She's been running a fever all day, bad running nose, and caughing up a storm. Poor thing. Normally she takes her medicine like it's candy but all day today I've had to fight her to take it. You can just see how bad she feels in her face. She's hardly eaten today and been just laying around on the couch watching TV. Hopefully I can get her fever gone soon, but her cough doesn't seem to be going anywhere. It was 84 out today and a cold front is moving in tonight again... only makes it worse.

All Bounced Out

Taylor's really been kicking her feet a lot lately so I decided yesterday to put the bouncer together and see how she did in it and she had a BLAST! Bounced herself to sleep actually haha.

Crazy trip to the ER

Well for those of you that didn't hear, I made a trip to the ER Wednesday morning. I woke up having the most awful pain I've ever experienced in my right side and just couldn't take it anymore. It ended up being a 4.5 cm kidney stone... YIKES! Anyhow, I went to the DR yesterday and she thinks I was lucky and have passed it already. I'm not in anymore pain or anything so I'm very happy it's over with.

Fun with Daddy

This week we took Rileigh to this place where they have all the blow up things you can bounce and play on (the same one we went to for a birthday party a while back) and they had some fun together.

New Tattoo!

I LOVE it!! The pic isn't that great, but I'll get a better one when it heals. Jerrimy let me get it as part of my VDay gift along with some Lillies (my fav, pic later)

Ready to be back to Normal

So the inlaws have been here since Wednesday, which I don't mind them visiting and this time was nice because Jerrimy's dad helped finish the bathroom floor, but boy will I be glad to not have company and get things back to normal. Rileigh's really been throwing fits the past few days cuz she knows she can get away with it. She also is completely off her bedtime which is driving me crazy. Even Taylor's schedule is all outta wack. She woke up at 5:15 this morning wanting to eat =/

I'm really dreading having to leave Rileigh in March when we go on our cruise. Soon as we get back in our routine I'm gonna leave her with fam and it's gonna start over =( SO SO SO Ready for the cruise tho, you have no idea.

Bathroom Update

Yay! So the floor is laid, FINALLY! I have to go tomorrow and take back some of the extra stuff we have and buy some sealant to put on it, but then it's finished! I'd like to paint it too, but I'll get to that eventually. Now that the floor is darker the color in there just doesn't fit. I'm just glad to have my bathroom back to normal!

Busy Busy Busy!!

Well of course, Jerrimy has been here since last Thursday so I've been avoiding the computer as much as possible. He left this morning though, sad =( This time is only for 3 weeks tho so it's okay. When he gets back, it's Caribbean here I come w00t! Anyway, we had a blast this week just hanging out and being goofy. Rileigh was very happy to see him too. Until the inlaws got here a couple days ago, she didn't let Daddy out of her sight.

Inlaws will be leaving tomorrow, Jerrimy's dad is helping us finish the bathroom upstairs which I'm so ready to have finished. It's going to look much better when we get the floor finished. Anyhow, much more to come after my company is gone, lots of pics and fun stuff.

American Idol

Makes me pull my hair out! I really don't get how they pick people to be on the show. They send home so many great singers and keep ones that not only hardly sound good, but are complete idiots. I hope there's a serious strategy to this selection and the obnoxious ones go quick.

Busy Week Ahead!

Well, Jerrimy comes home tomorrow for about a week before he heads off to Arizona which I'm VERY excited about. BUT... I just found out today that my little brother is coming in early Friday to pick up the car we're giving him since he got his license today. Ugh.. at least it's only a day, but still. Then next week my inlaws will be here a couple days. I don't mind them coming, I know they want to see the kids and all, but it's like of the week he'll be here, I only get him to myself for a couple days which kinda sucks. Not to mention when he goes to Arizona since it's only 3 weeks, he's taking my car as we're giving his to my brother and buying him a new one when he gets back from Korea.

Anyhow, tomorrow I have to get up and seriously clean and finish my laundry. I also need to clean my bedding stuff cuz the animals get hair all over everything and it's driving me crazy. So, busy busy the next week or so. We've got lots of things planned with Rileigh and all so it'll be a good week. Full of pictures, I'm sure.

Cleaning Rampage!

That's what I'm on today. I'm tired of the mess and I finally woke up today motivated enough to do something about it. Not just normal cleaning, like the deep down only once in a while kinda cleaning. Finally unpacked the last couple boxes I had in my closet, moved some stuff to the attic, go through the girls clothes and box up what they've grown out of... that kinda stuff. I've gotta clean up the bathroom real good in a minute and then I'm going to move downstairs and do the same down there. I was doing goo staying on top of all the cleaning but with the upstairs being out of commission for so long and then me being out of town 4 days, things got a little outta hand.

Better get back to it before I don't feel like it anymore LOL

Super Bowl

Well, we were supposed to have a party but ended up just watching it ourselves cuz my grandma's been sick. We enjoyed the game tho. I'm glad it was close and not a blowout like I thought it would be. Grandma and everyone else I know was cheering on Pitsburgh, while I chose to take the underdog; just for the hell of it. I made us a miniature Super Bowl party lol. We had a veggie tray, chips and dip, hot dogs and chex mix. Oh, and beer of course, which Rileigh stole a few drinks of when I went to the bathroom and proceeded to giggle the rest of the evening about nothing.

We had fun watching, now I'm ready to speed through baseball and get back to football! I'm ready to get back to Texan's games. Hey, maybe we'll win a few this yr lol.

Flip N Out

Yesterday was my cousin's daughters 5th birthday and she had a party at a place called Flip N Out. It was a place full of those blow up things you climb and bounce in. Rileigh at first didn't want anything to do with them, but she soon felt left out and got brave. Before too long, we couldn't keep her out of them. I'd help her climb up the big slide ones and she'd slide down on her own. She had a good time! We might take her back when her daddy's get home on the 13th.
